If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund of the program price. Cancellations or date changes made less than 7 business days prior to the start of the program will incur the full registration cost.

If we do not have enough registrants, we will cancel the program one week in advance of the scheduled date. For this reason, we encourage participants to register two to three weeks ahead of the scheduled training they wish to participate in. There are also weather related situations that can cancel a training.
