To protect the proprietary nature of our training materials, the use of AI bots, automated note-taking tools, and third-party transcription technologies (e.g., Otter.ai, Fireflies, Notably, Zoom AI Companion) is strictly prohibited during live or recorded Zoom sessions unless explicitly approved in advance.
If you require the use of such tools as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please submit a written request to Gary Dawson, Director of Learning & Development at gdawson@eane.org no later than 5 business days prior to the session. Requests will be reviewed on an individualized basis in accordance with applicable law.
Unauthorized use of such technology may result in removal from the session and restriction from future training participation.
