How many people do we need for on-site training?
Most programs work well with 8 to 20 participants. Smaller groups can join a public class; larger groups can be split into cohorts.
Can you train across multiple shifts or locations?
Yes. We schedule around your shifts and can repeat sessions across sites.
Do you offer on-site training virtually?
Yes. Live online sessions for your group only, with the same trainer and the same tailored content.
How is this different from an online course?
In a live session your managers practice the conversation and find out how it landed. Online learning is a good way to keep that fresh afterward, and we offer both.
Can we use a training grant?
Often. We’ll tell you which program fits and help with the application.
