At EANE’s recent Leadership Summit, our keynote speaker, Magie Cook, emphasized the importance of leaders focusing on the 3 R’s as we look to inspire and engage our staff.

It starts with being relentless.
Relentless doesn’t mean being aggressive or burning ourselves out. It means showing up every day with passion, purpose, and a refusal to settle for “good enough.” It’s about staying laser-focused on the mission, no matter what distractions come our way.
