EEO-1 Reporting Portal Launched

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission launched its EEO-1 Reporting portal on April 30th. 

The reporting is mandatory for the following employers:

  • Private employers with 100 or more employees
  • Federal contractors and first tier subcontractors that have 50 or more employees and have a contract, subcontract or purchase order of $50,000 or more or is a depository of Government funds in any amount
  • A financial institution which is an issuing and paying agent of US Savings Bonds and savings notes.

Covered employers looking to complete their EEO-1 data, they can do so by clicking here.

The portal allows for data to be submitted both electronically via a file upload and by an online form.

The EEOC has updated its instructional booklet and data file upload specifications so that covered employers can report today.  You can download that information now by clicking on the following links:

Covered employers will have until June 4th, 2024 to submit their information.
