COVID-19 Update To EANE Services and In-Person Training

EANE is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our employees, members, and guests. Our goal is to protect all visitors in our offices from exposure to COVID-19 and help prevent the spread of the virus.

  • Reduced classroom size to ensure social distancing of at least 6′ between everyone in the training space
  • Avoidance of group gatherings in common areas including bathrooms*, training rooms and reception area
  • Availability of hand sanitizer for participants
  • Individually packaged lunches
  • Classroom spaces will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every session
  • Staff and visitors must sign in and out of the EANE offices upon arrival and departure in order to maintain contact tracing records should we become aware of an instance of confirmed exposure to Coronavirus/COVID-19
  • All interactive activities will be done with plenty of space between participants
  • EANE continues to offer online training

*The Agawam, MA training location has seen a significant reduction in the restroom traffic as other tenants in the building are extending their remote staffing and even relocating to other office locations.

EANE will comply with opening guidelines as we open our offices for training. We have created a plan based on the requirements of state Executive Orders in each of the three states in which we operate. It is also our intention to follow the CDC’s guidelines to prevent exposure in all of our offices.

Here’s What You Can Count On From EANE

  • EANE will continue to provide top-quality member services.
    • Our office is open.  Our staff is equipped to work remotely. Whether our staff is in the office or working remotely, they’re all equipped to continue offering our member organizations the support you’ve come to expect from EANE. If you need any assistance in implementing a remote work policy for your organization, please call us.
    • The HR Hotline will be available and staffed by a live HR advisor as always.
    • All events with 10 or more participants will be rescheduled or moved to a web-based platform until gathering size guidelines are increased by the CDC (where this is appropriate).

EANE’s core purpose is to support our member organizations and empower employers throughout the NorthEast.
