L&D Roundtable Series

From John Henderson

In today’s competitive workplace, it’s not only important to find the right talent but to keep them. Upskilling and reskilling employees is one of the greatest contributors to increasing retention rates for any organization. A great organization understands the need to invest in their people by providing them learning and development opportunities.

According to the Association for Telent Development (ATD) 2023 State of the Industry Report, the average company spent $1,220 per employee on workplace learning in 2022. Unfortunately, this was a 4.7 percent decrease over 2022.

If one of your responsibilities is spearheading your organization’s Learning & Development initiatives, do you ever wish you could bounce ideas off of others in similar positions? Understand how others are approaching training? Discuss some of the new trends in learning? Well….

EANE is launching a new and exciting Roundtable focused on topics for those with direct Learning & Development responsibilities.  This is the place to share best practices, discover new trends and expand your professional network.

Often learning and development professionals are the first face/voice for new employees and existing employees.  We discover organizational issues, challenges and can provide insight into the organization’s culture based on the work we do.

Join the newly formed Learning & Development Roundtable Series.  This will provide an opportunity for you to spend an hour with colleagues, learn and share best practices and expand your network.

As a participant you will help determine the agenda for future virtual meetings.  The Roundtable is virtual and free for members and non members  – but you need to register.   L&D Roundtables – EANE
