Resolve to Call

By Marquita Rhodes

If you’re like me, your New Year’s resolution probably revolves around finding ways to maximize every dollar in your budget. Your membership with the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) should be no different. Might I suggest you start maximizing your membership by making full use of the HR Hotline?

In 2024, the HR Hotline received more calls on employee relations than any other topic. While employee relations certainly encompasses a wide range of issues, it’s worth noting that it was the number one reason members reached out across all industries. To put this into perspective, EANE serves over 1,000+ members across 22 industries, representing close to 300,000+ employees (and growing).

This data underscores an essential truth: a people-first approach is critical for success in the new year. Why not make it your New Year’s resolution?

Here’s how: Don’t wait until your house is on fire to call the HR Hotline. Be proactive. Whether you have a question about planning, need advice on a challenging situation, or want to review a policy or form, the HR Hotline is a call or webform away. These calls were answered by seasoned HR experts, many with 20+ years of experience.

Make 2025 the year you make a commitment to using the member benefit – the HR Hotline – more often .
