Manager Training for New England Employers

Managing people is its own job. We help your managers get better at it, whether they’re finding their footing at six months in or ready to step into senior leadership.

Our manager training gives your managers the tools for the work most of them weren’t formally trained on: clear expectations, feedback conversations, conflict, accountability, and leading across workstyles. Pick onsite training at your location, in-person classes near you, or live virtual sessions.

” Our managers have been so focused on tasks that they’re not focused on actual development — so their coaching skills weren’t real strong, feedback skills weren’t real strong. We’ve been utilizing EANE’s Principles of Leadership program for all of our new managers to raise the standards up to a level that we know will be more effective.”
