This half-day assertive communication training workshop helps you express your feelings, set boundaries, and make requests clearly and tactfully, so you can handle difficult conversations without tipping into aggressive or passive habits. It’s virtual, 3.5 hours, and carries 3.5 HRCI and SHRM credits.
