This interactive program will explore the topic of unconscious bias, including what it is, types of biases, and how unconscious bias manifests in our everyday lives and in the workplace. You will engage in discussion and activities to develop a great understanding of how biases may be guiding your behavior. You will also learn interruption and mitigation strategies for adjusting automatic patterns of thinking, lessening the negative effects of unconscious bias, and creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
