In today’s collaborative organizations, the ability to influence others is crucial for achieving goals and driving results. Even without direct authority, individuals are often expected to influence colleagues and gain their commitment. This session will teach you how to understand your role as an influencer, plan your approach, and communicate your position in a positive and persuasive way. You’ll also identify your strengths and areas for improvement in communication, and develop skills to build meaningful relationships and conduct critical conversations with those you need to influence.
