Mental Health First Aid will teach managers, supervisors and HR professionals the skills needed to recognize and respond to an signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges, as well as how to provide an employee initial support until they are connected with the appropriate professional help needed. In this course, you learn to identify risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies to help employees in both crisis and noncrisis situations, and where you can turn to help them.

Program runs for 2 half-days:
