This workshop helps to identify time management challenges that are unique to remote workers, as well as some that all employees face. Class participants learn to use goals and prioritizing as strategies to best manage time and will develop an action plan to put these strategies into practice immediately. The techniques shared will improve the consistency of their remote-work performance and help learners achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance goals.
