Join Ellen McKitterick and Mark Adams for a discussion on Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).  They will cover employer and employee eligibility, reasons for taking the expanded leave, pay requirements and duration as well as best practices for tracking and designating this leave time.

FFCRA was enacted on March 18, 2020, and became effective on April 1, 2020.  Since that time, the DOL and IRS have issued regulations interpreting the initial legislation.  This session will cover the current state of these regulations.  As a reminder, FFCRA applies to employers with up to 500 employees.  Ellen and Mark will address issues for all employers up to the 500 level.
