This hands on workshop defines the steps of creating a total Performance Management process that supports managers and organizations in the timely monitoring and evaluating of their employee’s work against defined organizational standards. Leave with a toolkit that will ensure you have all the elements needed to execute your performance review implementation plan. A personal post-workshop 2 hours of consulting time is included with registration. This program is limited to 10 attendees.
