Fit Friday Facts | Breathe…Hold…Repeat (Web)

There is a wealth of information out there, touting the benefits of mindfulness, meditation and breathing. But are you practicing these beneficial exercises? What’s the mind/body/performance connection that we all need to know about to relieve stress and allow us to function at peak capacity? The team from Coastline EAP will lead a conversation about the benefits of practicing self-care and the importance of building this structure into your daily life. If you’re taking care of everyone else and putting your own health on the back burner, this session is for you!
