With more employees returning to the workplace over the next few months, you need to take the time to design policies and procedures around protecting your workplace from microaggressions, harassment, bullying and incidents of violence. Our employees are under extreme amounts of stress and they bring that ‘backpack of issues’ to the workplace. EANE, in partnership with PASS (Protective Advanced Safety Services), offers several different courses to minimize your risk of violence and create a respectful and safe workplace.
