As an HR professional, you may have been asked by your executive leadership team to launch and lead a DEI effort for your organization.  However, it’s not as easy as adding a side project to your list. DEI is about systemic cultural change that impacts all areas of the business and all people in the organization, starting with leadership.  The goal is not implementing a lot of activities that check off a list, but rather the goal is an ongoing learning journey of identifying and implementing what creates sustainable impact.
