DEI is a critical component to developing and maintaining a culture of respect in your workplace. Some organizations attempt to give DEI the appearance of being a value they embody without doing the work. This “check the box” approach can actually be more damaging to your organization’s culture and brand than doing nothing at all. (To be clear, doing nothing is no longer an option either.) In this webinar, we will look at a few self-evaluation questions that can help you better assess how far you’ve come on your DEI journey. This session will operate in a roundtable format, where participants and the facilitator will discuss some best practices that you can implement now to improve the culture of respect that is required for a successful organization.
