Is RightFit HR a PEO?
No. We don’t take on co-employment. Your employees stay your employees. Your tax ID stays yours. Your benefits, payroll, and workers comp stay where they are unless you ask us to help you change them. RightFit HR is the HR support alongside your team, not a co-employer arrangement.
How is this different from hiring an outside HR consultant?

RightFit HR works alongside in-house HR, and many of our engagements look exactly like that. What states do you work in?
Primarily Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, where most of our HR Business Partners and specialists live and work. How long is a typical engagement?
Most engagements run three to six months at a steady tier, with many extending past that. Some have run for years. The structure is built so you can stay as long as it’s helping and step out when it’s not. We’d rather you graduate to the right in-house team than keep paying for support you’ve outgrown.
