About the Series
The AI Bootcamp Webinar Series is four live, one-hour sessions running August through November 2026. It opens with a foundational session that brings everyone to the same starting line: what the tools actually do, what is safe to put in them, and how to get real work out of them. From there it splits into three industry tracks built for EANE’s largest member segments, so a plant manager, a clinic administrator, and a development director each get an hour that speaks directly to their day instead of an hour of generalities.
Every session is practical, not theoretical. No slide deck full of AI predictions. Live demonstrations of real workflows, built on screen, using the tools members already have access to. Attendees leave each session with an industry-specific prompt library, a safe-use checklist, and three things they can do the next morning.

Module 1 | AI Fundamentals for the Workplace

This session cuts through the hype and gets straight to what matters: practical AI tools that save real time. We cover privacy basics, a plain-English platform comparison, and walk through live examples for email, research, documentation, and meeting summaries. You leave with a starter kit and the confidence to actually use it.

Manufacturing and operations teams get left out of most AI conversations. This session is built for them. We focus on where AI is already delivering: standard operating procedures, onboarding documentation, safety communications, and maintenance knowledge bases. If you are skeptical about AI in your plant, this is where we meet you and show you what is actually possible without disrupting what already works.
