When Employers Contact Us

  • Your HR person left. You need someone to keep things running while you figure out what comes next.
  • You’re the owner doing HR on top of running the business, and that stopped working a while ago.
  • You’re leaving a PEO and transitioning HR support.
  • Your workforce got complicated. Employees in multiple states, seasonal staff, grant-funded roles.
  • There’s a project nobody can get to. Your HR person is good but buried.
  • Your current provider isn’t delivering. Costs crept up, the person you liked is gone, and you can’t get anyone on the phone.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What does outsourced HR include?

At EANE it covers the HR function itself: compliance, employee handbooks, employee relations and investigations, HR audits, compensation, recruiting, employee surveys, succession planning, and training. You get a dedicated HR Business Partner backed by in-house specialists. It does not include payroll processing, benefits administration, or insurance, which stay with your existing providers.

Do you handle payroll?

No. Payroll stays with whoever runs it today. We’ll work alongside your payroll provider on anything HR touches, like classification, pay changes, or leave, but we don’t process it.

Is this a PEO?

No. There’s no co-employment. Your employees stay on your payroll and your tax ID, and your benefits and workers’ comp stay exactly where they are unless you ask us to help you look at them.

How much does outsourced HR cost?

It depends on whether you want a defined project or ongoing monthly support, and how many hours a month that support needs to be. Project work is scoped and priced before we start. Monthly support is a set number of hours, adjustable as your needs change, with no annual contract. Members pay reduced rates on both.

Do I have to be an EANE member?

No. Any employer can hire us for consulting or training. Members get reduced rates, plus the HR Hotline and the compliance alerts, survey data, and peer roundtables that come with membership.
