What EANE Membership Includes
Membership belongs to the organization rather than to one person, so anyone on your team can use EANE.
When You Have a Question
- HR Hotline (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET). Call or email with a question and talk to a live HR professional who knows your state. Terminations, leave, pay practices, a complaint you’re not sure how to handle.
- HR Hero. Job descriptions, handbook language, and HR document templates, plus a handbook builder and salary benchmarking, for the questions you’d rather answer yourself.
- Online Learning & Resource Center. Policies, forms, videos, and recorded webinars, available whenever you need them.
- Free monthly HR webinars. Focused on timely workplace topics, open to anyone at your organization.
When Laws Change
- E-Alerts. When a federal or New England state employment law changes, the alert comes to you. You don’t have to go looking.
- Monthly compliance briefings. What changed, what it means for an employer your size, and what to do about it.
- Key Compliance Audit. Two hours, one-on-one, with a senior EANE HR professional reviewing your hiring, I-9s, personnel files, handbook, classifications, leaves, and terminations. You leave with a risk snapshot and a list of what to fix first.
When You’re Making Pay Decisions
- Compensation and benefits surveys. Wage and benefits data drawn from thousands of New England employees, so you’re pricing roles against the market your candidates are shopping in.
- Salary benchmarking in HR Hero. For a quick check on a single role between survey cycles.
When You’re Developing Employees
- Preferred member pricing on training. Leadership, supervision, HR and compliance, and communication courses, public or on-site.
- Training Needs Assessment. A conversation with a senior training specialist about what you’re trying to change and how to fund it, including state training grants.
- Get certified, stay certified. Study for the aPHR, PHR, or SPHR with certified EANE faculty, save $50 on the HRCI exam, and earn up to 12 HRCI recertification credits per cycle just for being a member. The credits renew as long as your membership does.
When You Want to Connect with Peers
- HRConnected. 4,000+ HR professionals across nearly 1,000 New England organizations. Post what you’re dealing with and hear from peers.
- Roundtables. Small peer groups by role and topic meeting through the year. For an HR team of one, this is the support you’re looking for.
