Essentials of Total Rewards is an essentials-level course designed to introduce learners to the Total Rewards discipline and the WorldatWork framework. It serves as a strong entry point into WorldatWork’s Total Rewards education portfolio and supports consistent training across HR teams.
The course is delivered as a one-day, 4.5-hour virtual live learning experience and includes a prework module to support foundational learning, along with a 20-item quiz to reinforce key concepts and assess understanding.
