When was the last time you evaluated your thinking and reflected on your decision-making process? In this workshop learners will review critical thinking, what can get in the way of critically thinking and ways to overcome those obstacles. They will reflect on their own critical thinking and decision-making processes and be introduced to various decision-making frameworks. Learners will learn how to identify the decisions they can make more quickly and the ones that they need to slow down to speed up for. They will gain understanding that some decisions can be automated and quick, while others need to be made with limited information and may need to be adjusted along the way during times of uncertainty.

Finally, learners will apply their learnings to decisions they make so they can make more conscious and effective decisions leading to better outcomes.
