Strong, resilient organizations don’t thrive in isolation. They grow through connection, shared learning, and community. That belief sits at the heart of the member experience at the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE), and it’s exactly why our exclusive member community continues to gain momentum.
Every day, members are showing up to connect with peers, ask real questions, share insights, and learn from one another’s experiences. In a time when HR and leadership challenges are moving fast and rarely come with simple answers, having access to a trusted community matters. That’s what we see happening at EANE and it’s exciting.
As we head into Q1 2026, we’re encouraging members to lean into that connection even more through our Gold Badge Engagement Challenge. Now through January 31, 2026, members can work toward earning 5,000 Engagement Points to reach Gold Badge status. Once you hit Gold, you’ll be automatically entered into a raffle to win a FREE seat at a 2026 EANE conference of your choice including Leadership Summit, HRConnect, Safet Conference, State Law Summits, Mock Trial, and more. Two winners will be selected in February 2026.
Earning points is simple and meaningful. Updating your profile, commenting on blog posts, participating in discussion groups, sending messages, and connecting with other members all count. These everyday actions strengthen the community and bring you closer to Gold.
And this is just the beginning. We’re actively planning member-exclusive, in-person networking and learning opportunities across New England, along with new member recognition programs and additional ways to engage and be recognized throughout the year.
The community is growing. The energy is building. Now is the perfect time to jump in, get involved, and be part of what’s next.
