In this highly interactive scenario-based program, attendees will dive into the trickier situations that require more in-depth knowledge of implementing both federal and Connecticut FMLA for your company. This interactive program (led by the attorneys from Carmody and Torrance) will include scenarios that have caused confusion and frustration for HR professionals and managers and offers guidance and solutions.
