In this full-day workshop, we will explore how leadership presence has evolved over the last 5 years and the components that make up our personal leadership presence. You will gain a deeper understanding of the core values, needs and beliefs that drive you and gain techniques to shift certain mindsets that hinder your leadership effectiveness. You will leave with tools + strategies to elevate your personal leadership presence to build a positive, productive culture and help develop your teams’ as well.
