This workshop will cover onboarding best practices too – from reviewing proven methodologies and best practices, along with examining case studies and scenarios, participants will develop a set of strategies that are not only cost effective but efficient in hiring and retaining the best talent. Participants will also have an opportunity to assess their current recruiting, hiring and onboarding practices and will develop an action plan to apply their workshop learnings. They will also leave with a set of tools to help them implement these best practices into their workplace.
