Each spring we host managers, supervisors, and leaders, who want to learn how to motivate, inspire, lead and succeed. Leadership training has never been more critical than it is now as we all develop our new normal for re-growing our businesses post-pandemic.
The Leadership Conference is all about professional development with experts sharing proven strategies and techniques in core areas essential to your success.
This year’s session topics include:
- The Human Nature of Successful Leaders
- Leader’s Impact on Talent Retention & Acquisition
- Team Building and Trust Building
- EQ, Influence and Inclusion in the Workplace
- And MUCH, MUCH MORE
Opening Keynote Presenter | Dr. Jeff Kaplan
Do you and other leaders in your organization “lead with heart?”
Join Dr. Jeff Kaplan as he shares his heart-based approach to leadership development. Organizations have become more global, matrixed, diverse, technologically advanced, and competitive. As such, the command and control, do-this-because-I-said-so management style is no longer acceptable. In order to thrive and even survive, today’s leaders must act with purpose, show empathy, and remain humble.
