Today’s competitive talent market has employers scrutinizing their compensation plans to ensure competitiveness, transparency. After the popularity of EANE’s 2021 compression discussion group series, we’ve expanded to a six-session compensation discussion group series in 2022.

Each session will have a specific group discussion topic starting with High-demand and Hot-skills jobs – How to measure the market.
