Today’s competitive talent market has employers scrutinizing their compensation plans to ensure competitiveness, transparency. After the popularity of EANE’s 2021 compression discussion group series, we’ve expanded to a six-session compensation discussion group series in 2022.

Each session will have a specific group discussion topic starting with High-demand and Hot-skills jobs – How to measure the market. Other topics include Living wage vs. Minimum wage and pay transparency, Pay compression, Benchmarking fundamentals, Pay philosophy and base pay administration, and Show your managers how to talk about pay.
