Using the DISC Assessment Tool, you’ll gain insight into how your preferred work style influences communication with individuals and teams. By understanding what motivates and stresses you at work, you’ll learn to adapt your approach to better connect with others and boost overall team performance. You’ll also reflect on your assessment results to develop strategies for leveraging your strengths and working more effectively with different styles. Finally, you’ll create a development plan tailored to support one of your direct reports.
