A half-day workshop that gives supervisors, managers, and senior leaders four communication techniques they can use right away.

Communication training for leaders too often means a generic lecture on “communicating better.” This is 3.5 hours, live, built around four skills and a personalized action plan participants leave with. 3.5 HRCI and SHRM credits included.
