Building Your Talent Pipeline through the Massachusetts Apprenticeship Program (Webinar)
July 14 @ 11:30 am - July 14 @ 12:30 pm
Free

EANE and the MA SHRM State Council are partnering to bring you a fantastic program on workforce development!
The MA Division of Apprentice Standard provides no cost guidance and hands on support to help employers explore, design, register and launch their own internal apprentice programs. Apprentices are employees who earn wages while they learn, combining paid on-the-job training with structured instruction. This model enables employers to develop talent tailored to their specific needs—whether by training new hires or advancing the skills of current employees—while improving retention, productivity, and long-term workforce stability. More than 1000 occupations are approved for registered apprenticeship by the US Department of Labor. These programs should be a critical component of every workforce development program. Join us for an informational webinar with Dennis Collins, Apprenticeship Lead, with the State of Massachusetts where he outlines more information for employers on how the funding process works, creating your own program and success stories from a number of industries who have taken advantage of this employer program.
