When a group of your employees needs the same training, whether that’s your leadership team or an entire department, we bring it to your workplace anywhere in New England or run it live online for your group alone. A generic workshop with your logo on the slides changes nothing once people are back at work. So we start by learning how your organization works, build exercises around the situations your people face, and staff a trainer who’s done the job in your industry.

How We Build Training Programs

  1. We learn your organization. A conversation with you about what’s going on today, who will attend, and the behaviors and skills that need to be developed.
  2. We tailor the program. Modules and exercises are built around your situations. A manufacturing leadership program looks different from a healthcare one, because the problems are different.
  3. We match the trainer. Someone who’s worked in your industry, so the examples come from experience.
  4. We deliver it live. At your site, in our Agawam classroom, or live online. People ask questions, discuss real situations, and get feedback live.
  5. We reinforce it. Follow-up sessions and online refreshers so the behavior sticks.

When to bring training onsite

  • New supervisors who all need the same foundation.
  • A department that needs to communicate better with customers or with each other.
  • Harassment prevention training for your whole staff that people still remember a month later.
  • Teams spread across shifts or locations that need to hear the same message.
  • A leadership team that wants a development path longer than a single day.

Training one or two people? A public class is usually the better fit, whether that’s leadership training, professional development, or HR compliance training.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How many people do we need for on-site training?

Most programs work well with 8 to 20 participants. Smaller groups can join a public class; larger groups can be split into cohorts.

Can you train across multiple shifts or locations?

Yes. We schedule around your shifts and can repeat sessions across sites.

Do you offer on-site training virtually?

Yes. Live online sessions for your group only, with the same trainer and the same tailored content.

How is this different from an online course?

In a live session your managers practice the conversation and find out how it landed. Online learning is a good way to keep that fresh afterward, and we offer both.

Can we use a training grant?

Often. We’ll tell you which program fits and help with the application.
