Mandating employers with 100 or more employees to either get their employees fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing, OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) has drawn the ire of many covered employers. While some have wished that the ETS would go away, OSHA remains on track to begin enforcement starting in January.
