A company’s culture is one of the most powerful influences on employee behavior. While organizations often focus on policies, procedures, and corrective action when conduct issues arise, workplace behavior is frequently a reflection of the culture employees experience every day. This session explores how culture shapes conduct, influences decision-making, and either promotes or undermines accountability, respect, and organizational success.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
• Understand how organizational culture influences employee behavior and conduct
• Recognize the impact culture has on accountability, decision-making, and performance
• Identify cultural factors that contribute to positive and negative employee conduct
• Understand the Role of Leaders in Shaping Culture and Conduct
• Develop strategies to intentionally shape culture to support desired workplace behaviors.

NOTE: More information on how to log in to the event will be sent out 7-14 days prior to the event date.

Registration for this webinar will close at 4pm the day before the scheduled webinar date.
